• Indian Singaporean or a Permanent Resident.
• Studying full-time in a Government or Government-aided school at the primary or secondary level.
• Have a Per Capita Nett Household income (PCI) of $1,600 per month or less.
  PCI = Total Nett household income divided by the number of people in the household.

Please ensure you have submitted your online SINDA Bursary Application with the required supporting documents: 

• Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
• Copy of Student’s Bank Account Details (Passbook or Bank Statement)
• Latest 3 months' payslips for all working household members at the same house address
• Latest 6 months' CPF Contribution for non-working adults at the same house address
• If divorced/separated: Divorce certificate or any legal documents as proof
• If deceased household members: Death certificate
• P6 students progressing to Sec 1: Secondary School Posting Document / Sec 4 students progressing to Sec 5: Proof of Enrolment in the Secondary School in 2026

Note: This form will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Only completed applications with accurate supporting documents received by the 12th of every month will be processed for the following month's payout.

Example: Completed applications received by 12 January 2026 to be processed for the February 2026 payout.
